Returns and Refunds are subjected to damaged silver wear being received, any damages that accure durring wear and tear over over a period of time will not be refunded, All Jewellery needs to be kept away from any Chemcials like swimming pools, bleach, perfume, Hair sprays ect, to prevent clouding of the resin. if resin stone becomes loose or comes away I will happily replace free of charge.
